Bruce E. (Eddie) Rivers, was elected in 1988 to represent the western side of Chesterfield County, District 1. Eddie and his wife Debra have three sons. He and his wife are active members of First Baptist Church. He is a retired businessman (owner and operator of Pageland Cleaners & Laundry). He is also Fire Chief of Pageland Fire Department, Charter and Life Member of Pageland Rescue Squad, Central High School Athletic department, Pageland Community Assistance, Chesterfield County Disaster Relief Team and an active volunteer in the community.

Kenneth A. (Al) Johnson , a native of Jefferson, was elected in 1987 to represent the western side of Chesterfield County, District 3.  Al and his wife Marsha have three children. Mr. Johnson is a SC Registered Land Surveyor. 

   Anne is serving her 1st term on County Council. Her 20 years in Human Resource Management serves as a catalyst for her to accomplish her mission to help those without influence and prestige to have as much a voice in our community as those who do.

   Anne earned her business degree from Kings' College in Charlotte , NC  and  is currently employed by American Stainless & Supply as its Human Resource Manager. Her husband Jerry and sons Brent & Ty offer her the base of support she needs to maintain her busy schedule. "I could not do this without their encouragement," she says.

   Understanding that economic growth will increase employment and improve the county's standard of living, she supports a progressive business climate. "Our current council is really starting to work together to promote our community as a great place to live and to work," she says proudly. It is fitting that her favorite book is "Good to Great."

George F. (Frank) Plyler was elected to Chesterfield County Council in 2002 to represent District 5. Frank and his wife Dianne have one daughter. Mr. Plyler is a licensed SC Residental Builder.
